I build software for businesses.
Then I run it.
Phillips Digital Solutions builds custom apps for small businesses and data, reporting & automation systems for larger ones. You get working software — and someone who answers when it breaks.

The model
-
[01] BUILD
One-time build
Scoped up front, quoted flat, built fast. A working first version is measured in days, not months.
-
[02] OWN
Your own account
Your app runs in its own isolated AWS account. Your data, your domain — you could take it all and walk away at any time.
-
[03] RUN
Flat monthly retainer
Hosting, monitoring, backups, and support — one flat number a month. When something breaks, I answer. Including on a Friday.

Receipts: SiteHours
A construction contractor was tracking crew man-hours on paper timesheets. The first working version of their app shipped in 1 day. It is live in production today with crews clocking hours on their phones.
It runs on about $4/month of infrastructure, in the client's own AWS account — not a shared server with everyone else's data on it.
SiteHours — construction man-hours tracking. Built and operated by PDS.

Who's behind it
I'm a data engineer by trade — pipelines, reporting, database and product architecture for companies where the data actually matters. I use AI as a multiplier, not a substitute for knowing how things work. That's why a one-person shop can build in days and still hand you something built right.
