Receipts: SiteHours

A construction contractor was tracking crew man-hours on paper timesheets. The first working version of their app shipped in 1 day. It is live in production today with crews clocking hours on their phones.

It runs on about $4/month of infrastructure, in the client's own AWS account — not a shared server with everyone else's data on it.

Who's behind it

I'm a data engineer by trade — pipelines, reporting, database and product architecture for companies where the data actually matters. I use AI as a multiplier, not a substitute for knowing how things work. That's why a one-person shop can build in days and still hand you something built right.
